Knowledge and Belief

Axiologist, I do not claim "X (God) does not exist" is a knowledge statement. In my view, it is a belief statement. Just I have never seen God, I have never seen a 'justified true belief' and how could I have since we do not have access to 'things in themselves'.

In my view, there are only beliefs. Some of them are justified beliefs, among which some are so very well justified that we may feel tempted to call them knowledge. I think it is wiser to avoid doing so as it leads us down a slippery slope.
